Since you haven't been able to bake your own deserts lately, using dates rather than refined sugar or artificial sweeteners, start noting any halfway decent alternatives you find, beginning with this one...
Fiber One doesn't have a lot of sugar per serving, but it does have some (3%). Among the ingredients listed on the box were sugar, sugarcane fiber, stevia leaf extract and erythritol. I tried this stuff the other day... ...and it did the trick as far as satisfying my sweet tooth and any hunger pangs, but I don't think I'll be buying any more since, at 16% added sugars (organic unrefined coconut sugar), it's close to the point of starting to get high. This particular variety of Lily's chocolate style bar... ...also sweetened with erythritol and stevia extract, had 0% added sugars, but also had a nasty aftertaste. Quest Protein Bar also had 0% added sugars, but IT had NO nasty aftertaste. However, sweetened with erythritol, glycerin, stevia sweetener and sucralose, it was TOO sweet for my taste. At 0% added sugar, I had no complaints with this next product: Sweetened with maltitol syrup, vegetable glycerin, dextrose and steviol glycosides, it neither tasted too sweet nor had any nasty aftertaste. This product was okay as well: Sweetened with isomalto-oligosaccharides, vegetable glycerin, polydextrose, maltitol and sucralose, it too had 0% added sugar.
Do you normally eat so much chemical and Ultra Processed Food? It seems like you are enjoying eating tons of unhealthy food. UPF is extremely unhealthy even if it contains no sugar. The title is not fitting. It ought to be Eating Unhealthier To say nicely, I'd say this is a very bad place to learn how to eat healthier.

For some reason, the subsequent Quest Cookies & Cream bars I ate did not strike me as being as overly sweet as the first one I had. Nonetheless, I liked the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough variety better.
