Drinking coffee is beneficial as it boosts alertness, reduces the risk of diseases, enhances physical endurance, uplifts mood, combats fatigue, and contains antioxidants that protect the body from free radicals' impact. However, it's important not to overindulge in coffee consumption to avoid adverse effects.

Most toxic foods that cause slow and painful death :

sugary drink (including juice in bottles)
    ice cream
    Long and short life cake
    confectionery/pastry with colors/additives/preservatives/sugars
    minced meat with colors/additives/preservatives/salts/sugars
man-made/ultra-highly-processed food like vegetable oil (excluding cold pressed olive oil), hydrogenated oil
    plastic meat

Unfortunately, millions of people are employed in shops/factories
    to produce that food.

Most toxic foods that cause rapid and painful death :
    puffer fish
    poisonous mushroom

The historical evidence base shows that vitamin D alone can reduce tooth decay by 47%-54% and further shows that the combination of vitamin A-and-D-rich cod liver oil and nutrient-dense butter from cows grazing on rapidly growing grass can reduce the rate of cavities by as much as 90%.

  5. Im suspicious of the coffee very first thing in the morning.

I think it could be timed better, perhaps after more well rounded nutrition.

Also, hydration is the most important thing and coffee is a diuretic so hydration protocols need to be in place.

Apart from all that,I too, benefit from the magic of coffee.:D

Here is what I wonder about:

"Between 1960 and 2015, male life expectancy increased to 77.0 years—a gain of about 10 years. Female life expectancy grew to 81.7 years— an increase of almost 9 years."

We are selling more and more of these foods, yet people are living longer and longer. So????

    That data is true.
People are living longer despite all the toxic food, toxic river and toxic air.

It simply means people can eat more
fast food, and more ultra-processed food.

When they are dying, see doctors.
Doctors can prescribe medicine that will do wonders.
That's why some pharmaceutical companies are doing extremely well.

And when those medicines can't fix the problem,
    surgeons can do wonders.
They can change diseased kidneys, eyes, hearts etc etc etc with healthy ones.
They can also remove deseased limbs.

Also in India, the rivers and air are very populated.
But its population keeps on growing and it will have greatest number of people in the world.

So it is true unhealthy food, unhealthy air, and toxic water will improve life span tremendously.

But I will stick to healthy food and a healthy lifestyle.

Just because they are fucking a lot that doesn't mean their life expectancy also increases. They are at 70 while the US is at 77, Japan at 83.

But anyhow, so how do we know these foods are bad for us if the data is to the contrary? Not to mention the food makers have no intention of killing their customers off too early.

I guess one valid argument would be, sure we are living longer but we could be living even more longer.

But that brings back to the Mormon/Amish lifestyle. Is it worthy to live a joyless life for 5 extra years, when no fun food and drink consumption is allowed?
