That's not my thing. But, I think you can get ideas if you go on YouTube and type in keyword searches like "I Tried Chris Hemsworth THOR Diet" and the others like Captain America, or if you conduct searches on the ATHLEAN-X channel.

Did you try to follow some regime? Gaining weight and muscles also requires a diet and regular exercise. However, they differ from those when you try to lose weight. You can have a look on https://betterme.world/articles/2000-calorie-meal-plan-bodybuilding/ article, it seems like a good plan to me. One of the rule here is to consume more calories but lose fat and build lean muscle. You can choose any other diet, but pay attention on the fact that you need to eat healthy to gain muscles and not fat.

The packaging on the cut & peeled baby carrots says that one serving has 70% of the daily value of vitamin A, and that there are about five servings per container. Since I counted about 35 carrots in the bag, this suggests that there is 70% ÷ (35 ÷ 5) = 70% ÷ 7 = 10% daily value of vitamin A per baby carrot. Therefore, if I eat ten baby carrots, this should meet 100% of my daily requirement for vitamin A that day.

What is the difference between vitamin D and vitamin D3?

There are quite a few differences between vitamin D and vitamin D3, but the main difference between them is that vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that regulates calcium and phosphorous levels in the body, whereas the vitamin D3 is the natural form of vitamin D produced by the body from sunlight.

What is the difference between vitamin D and vitamin D2?

Vitamin D3 Comes from Animals, Vitamin D2 from Plants. The two forms of vitamin differ depending on their food sources. Vitamin D3 is only found in animal-sourced foods, whereas D2 mainly comes from plant sources and fortified foods. Since vitamin D2 is cheaper to produce, it's the most common form in fortified foods.

The two types of vitamin D have no negative interactions with each other, so you can safely take them together. However, the body converts both forms of vitamin D to the same active form, called calcitriol.

Studies have repeatedly shown that vitamin D3 is superior at raising levels of vitamin D in the body. These findings were supported by a recent review of the evidence which found that vitamin D3 supplementation increased vitamin D levels in the body better than vitamin D2.

The vitamin D prescription you get from your doctor is typically for 50,000 units of vitamin D2. Vitamin D2 is indicated to treat calcium disorders and parathyroid disorders. It is also the preferred form for patients with chronic kidney disease.

  8. Alright, we only hear good things about intermittent fasting. But I guess it’s important to know the negatives too. https://centerfordiscovery.com/blog/the-dangers-of-intermittent-fasting/

I am not going to say it’s bad for everyone but it is definitely not ideal for all of us.

  9. Interesting article! There are always two sides of the coin. And there is one we often ignore. More people need to read about this.

  10. Yes, unfortunately people tend to follow the diet trends blindly. My sister in law is a clinical nutritionist & she always says that most of these popular fad diets do more harm than good!
