I take vitamins: D3, A, B and Omega 3 and protein powder. I found many supplemens on everest. There are supplements and gear for sports and outdoor activities at good price. I joined everest caliber membership and I got discounts and all info about sales. Thats convy.
This seems to be a viable alternative to snacks where the first or second ingredient is sugar (someone gave me the dates, peanut butter, chocolate chip and sea salt bar today) but when I went online to see how much they cost, the prices varied greatly. So, I'll have to try to find this product in my local grocery stores to see who has the best deal and what I would actually be paying if I started buying them for myself.
I don't like healthy eating so much. But I understand that I will have to start eating that way at some point. What's the best place to start? I don't really like vegetables, but I love dairy. I think I'll have to start with cottage cheese. What kind of healthy foods do you like?
