  1. That's how I see it. If they were expensive or numerous, or required special timing other than "take with food," I'd need a lot more irrefutable evidence of their efficacy.

    I take a magnesium effervescent about an hour before bed every night, and it turned out to be a magic bullet. No more shin pains :banghead: or foot cramps :banghead: in the middle of the night.
