Exactly, capital availability and mental perspective and personal outcome is apart of the trading game/success as well.

That is why I say trading the ES futures market is very simple for "Me". But my mental and the way I think of life is VERY different from other traders. VERY different actually.

 

I can actually relate because my way is very different too. That's why I don't doubt.

i am continuing this discussion because i do not understand what it is that you or anybody else is doing differently.

what is different?

everyone's purpose is buy low sell high.

the most important thing to remember is that any trend does not end without a trend line break and a test of the extreme[low or high].

this test may be a LH DB LL in case of bear or a HH DT LH in case of the bull trend ending.

this important to stay with the trend -some trend and you should know that the trend is still in force

so everyone is doing the same thing

for example in the chart the blue horizontal trend lines mark all the double bottoms that form, when the lows have been tested, [and holds or are successful] once a new high has been made. This confirms that the uptrend is still in place

 

so as explained above know the trend which is in force and trade with that trend.

 

all trends have to be validated by tests.

 

so forgive me if, when someone says "oh i am doing things differently from everyone", I wonder WTF is going on

 

SO a setup is only important if that confirms something else and that something else is also called the context.
