one of the key things, Brooks says is that all movements are of two legs. i tried to put this into practice 10 years ago and lost money. i have since learnt that it is true but there are lot of subtleties in the pattern that you understand after practicing for a long time one learning one subtlety after another. i am now come to conclusion that this alone is enough for trading.
another major factor in trading is counter trend strength. this can be measured in a few ways : breaks above major pivot points. breaks above minor pivot points is a continuation signal if it continues after the break. a break above major pivot point will be tested so you have to take that into account. please be aware there are two types of pivot points: one that is calculated and one that can be seen on a chart.
Australia peaked well. Going into the World Cup they were woeful. As the World Cup progressed they got better. India got those 3 quick Wickets while the Ball was new and swinging wildly. Once the Ball lost its shine it stopped swinging and Australia took too the Indian Quicks. Kohli had red Eyes towards the end, Captain was looking tremdously stressed and Siraj was crying post match. Not sure they threw it. Great Stadium, create atmosphere. Should hold the World Cup there everytime. Commiserations to India, they love their Cricket.
