The head of the IPCC openly admitted that temperatures have failed to rise as the 'climate scientists' predicted; he tries to claim that maybe this is just a 'pause', but admits if the 'pause' continues then all the models are wrong. Yeah so. Temperatures can continue the slower rise for another thirty years before they need consider new models. Of course if the temps don't do what is modeled the models need adjusting. That goes without saying. That hasn't happened yet. 98 was a strong ElNino year that resulting in record temps. So of course the deniers use the 15-16 year period.
