The July 29 100.00 ATM straddle is $4.14. The MM's expect AAPL to be about $104.00 or $96.00 when the market closes on July 29 There was a $4.90 straddle on Pigflix the day of earnings. It means nothing. If AAPL was gonna run, it would have by now. Its gonna see the '80's. The only thing that has saved it so far is Buffet's lackeys and Cramer. Glad to see you only bought one though. You must be new to this game, and I say that because of your remark about professionals using Yahoo Finance. That's laughable. But I am not mocking you... just don't put all your eggs in one basket. If one call is all you can afford,.... my advice is sell it ASAP. If you can cover your commissions, take it. They are gonna surprise. ..........................To the downside. And then they'll say its all OK because everyone will upgrade to the IPhone7. Ain't happenin'. ITunes is dead. Kids don't have the money to buy new phones. Chinese are frugal, Android can be had with the same level of functionality that an AAPL product has for 25% of the price. Ditto India and their culture. A major corporate transformation has to be on the table in their high level meetings....and whatever they come up with, .... is yet to be proven. I wouldn't be surprised if they cut the divy.... but that's down the road. October maybe. But G/L either way, ... never bet it all. Been there done that.
I hope you got out like I said. They had a nice pop on Qcom... but what most people don't know, is that the IPHONE 7 is going to be using Intel chips. AAPL has switched their modem chips to Intel's... and I have to assume the 7's are already in production. AAPL heads south.

Planning For Next Week FB market cap 340B. GOOGL market cap 500B. IMO .......... FB is undervalued compared to GOOGL, I see a lot more people on Facebook than Google. My plan is to buy some FB weekly OTM calls on Wednesday. What does Google have that Facebook can't get? Comments welcome.
There is some crazy thread in Politics and Religion about God being mute. If Google and Facebook ever merged.... there is no doubt in my mind we would have an all-knowing, all-seeing, omnipotent God. The masses would make the annual hajj to Mountain View. There would be cave drawings of Mark Zuckerberg 1000 years from now on Neptune. _______________ Facebook's strong, ....as long as the broader markets don't tank (your only risk factor imo), you're golden. I bet those premiums are high though. I haven't looked at it in awhile. Probably better to buy the stock and sell the calls into earnings, ...and then after earnings buy your OTM calls. AAPL's earnings are tomorrow AAPL is going to have a big move one way or the other. IMO ..... this is a good opportunity to go long with OTM weekly calls.
