earliest way to read EIA report

  1. So sometimes (sometimes); sometimes there's a 15 minute delay: The website won't update, the calenders won't update, no one talks about it, but the price will move. So, where else are those traders getting their information from?

  2. Overnight

    Overnight

Obviously, it's not a whole bunch of people sitting on the buy/sell @ market button when the report comes out, since huge moves can occur at exactly 10:30 ET. Something else is at work here, but nobody can really identify it that I have found on forums. It's like ZS...Sometimes at noon ET the thing shoots like a rocket long or short. I can only guess it's a "noon crop report" causing it.

There is only one entity who can possibly answer this question. The CME group. Ask them.
