E-Signal IP address

I'm trying to help a friend (via instant messanger) get his e-signal back up. appearantly their tech supprt isn't being too helpful.
Does anyone know where to find the IP address so I can walk him through a ping test. All of his other apps are working fine.

He says there's no icon in the active application tool bar in the bottom right corner of the screen.

I got it.

8 time outs. sounds like an E-signal server issue. All other ping tests passed.

 

This KB article has the IP address for traces and pings. I found this by searching our KB for the term "ping".

He called back and they put him on a different server. He just got everythink back up and running.
