I'm trying to help a friend (via instant messanger) get his e-signal back up. appearantly their tech supprt isn't being too helpful. Does anyone know where to find the IP address so I can walk him through a ping test. All of his other apps are working fine. He says there's no icon in the active application tool bar in the bottom right corner of the screen. Thanks
This KB article has the IP address for traces and pings. I found this by searching our KB for the term "ping". Thanks. He called back and they put him on a different server. He just got everythink back up and running.
