Any help would be appreciated.... My alerts have suddenly stopped sending e-mails. I have triple- checked the setup criteria (address, SMTP host info,etc.) and the email button is "checked" when I set up an alert, but the email never gets sent. I am able to send other emails using the same server info from the same computer, but the E-signal alerts are the only e-mail function on this computer that isn't functioning. Any thoughts?
Most times I've seen customers have a problem with email alerts it's been from the beginning of set-up and not from a sudden stoppage, as in your case.
