E-mini Trading Not Working

can anyone trade e-minis this sunday Dec 14?

I have IB and can't get anything but locked quotes and my orders do not seem to go live.

I am wondering if anyone can trade or if its just me getting left out.

I see no news news about Globex problems

 

dude, trading doesn't start until 18:30 est,

 

The market won't be open until 5:30 CST... Ten more minutes.

thanks for pointing this out Im on east coast time and ussaully don't trade pre open
