what time does it become available ?and where do i find such information. can I find it with tws?

 

CME Final Settlement Procedure

 

This is where most people go to get the settlement info and usually done by around 7pm each day. Below is for the sp emini. I don't use twa so I can't answer that specific part of the question.

Go to the CBOE site. They'll have SET values within an hour or so.
