E-Mini- S & P 500: what time frame and Charts do you use to trade them daily ?

For the active Day traders in S&P -E Mini, what time frame do you use to Day trade...? ...For example, do you use Tick by Tick, 5 min, 15 min, 30min, etc ? Also , what chart pattens do you apply ?

the pattern i look for is consistently rising or falling bars. when i have found them though, it is usually too late

 

seriously, can anything be done about this. I leave millions of dollars on the table.

time frame reversals ~ 10:30 am, and ~ 3 pm and ~ 3 am est being most consistent

I use all time frames, nothing shorter than 15 minutes though.

The only chart patterns that I regularly use (90% of the time) are support/resistance, and ascending/descending triangles.
