  2. What are your rates?

  3. I noticed that the Lieber & Weissman ads are not up anymore and have been replaced with E-Brokerage, LLC. Does this imply that Lieber & Weissman has now changed its name? Does Lieber & Weissman still exist?

Good luck in your new venture.

  4. We are in the process of closing LWS. As the markets have changed , we have gotten many more requests from NASD customers(institutions, hedge funds) and others who do not need leverage, since NASD pattern daytrading account's now have 4 to 1 intra day margin.Pro Day trading is now not what it was at one time and so we have structured our new company to service institutional clients, hedge funds(we can help a successful trader form one) and well capitalized customers who want to day trade. All LLC members at LWS , have had their LLC partnership capital returned to them and they have the option to trade with E-Brokerage , if they choose. Our rates are from .0075 to .02 per share based on trading style, volume , soft dollar arrangements etc. E-Mini's $5.00 to $7.00 roundturn with volume discounts .We can offer personal service very few firms can relating to programming, hardware design & build & networking . Accounts are SIPC protected & Goldman Sachs offers additional account protection in excess of 500 million.

That's horrible amount for me. Any idea for company with less cap. req. and no need for S7 exam (at least temporarily)?

  6. If your a pattern day trader(NASD) , since you need $25,000 to trade stocks, $50,000 is realy not that much. We are trying to cater to institutions & hedge funds. If you have less than $25,000 and you have day trading skills, E mini's may be the way to go, with a minimum deposit of $2500 per contract(approx) for day trading . If you have $15,000 to day trade , try a prop firm like ECHo , Bright , etc. Remember, leverage cuts both ways. We have E-Mini's , but we require $50,000 to open an account.
