DV Trading (Toronto) Going Out of Business?

Does anyone know if they are still in business? Someone told me they are collapsing in the 2008 crash, but that was a few weeks ago.

I actually called them today. I was told they aren't "hiring" and to call back in 2-3 months.

 

When you say 'hired' do you mean DV is the type of prop shop that pays it's traders a salary?

Or do you simply mean paid on performance and not paid if you can't make money.

 

DV Trading is a very successful, well capitalized proprietary trading firm and is very far from going out of business.
