I booked in for one of their free coaching sessions – and received two auto responses to questions, with exactly the same wording asking for immediate money which I will copy and paste below. They did not want to book me into my "FREE" session until I was ready to pay immediately. When I expressed that I wanted to speak to somebody before I'd be willing to pay for anything for three reasons: I wanted to make sure it wasn't a scam. I wanted to make sure it would suit my lifestyle and not be something that I could purchase locally more cheaply as I am a member of a top gym here that has par core facilities, which only cost me about $1000 a year Australian – which is about 1500 a year USD – and I can get a personal trainer in this field for about $50 AUD – and I am already seeing good progress in my own training in this style - since I decided to begin this on my own 4 weeks ago… plus I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a Christian cult – as there are some heavy unnecessary Christian overtones coming through on their videos. When I expressed these concerns to the sender of the auto responder message, I was shut down very quickly with: Thanks for the update. For now I would not recommend moving forward. Have a great day. The course sounds great, but the business model sounds suspect and it does seem incredibly expensive for online coaching - about three times more expensive than anything comparable online. Here is their auto responder request for money: Due to high call volume we are only taking calls with clients ready to begin now. If it's a good match we can continue with call. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says... With osteoarthritis, the cartilage within a joint begins to break down and the underlying bone begins to change. Complete Orthopedics says... Age-related wear and tear arthritis, called osteoarthritis or degenerative arthritis, is a common source of joint crepitus in advancing age. On the other hand, the National Institutes of Health says... Osteoarthritis happens when the cartilage and other tissues within the joint break down or have a change in their structure. This does not happen because of simple wear and tear on the joints. Instead, changes in the tissue can trigger the breakdown, which usually happens gradually over time. Note that according to ScienceDirect... Coarse crepitus may be caused by inflammatory or non-inflammatory arthritis. Bone-on-bone crepitus produces a higher-frequency, palpable, audible squeak. Crepitus from within a joint should be differentiated from cracking or popping sounds caused by the slipping of ligaments or tendons over bony surfaces during motion.
