As best as I can tell, Nexo bicycle tires are not on the market yet, but according to Tannus, you can get a complete wheelset from them starting at $199.99.

Why did Netflix spike on Friday at 2:00 PM PST?

Looking into this, the only thing I found was that it could have been due to an announcement they made that they had to raise their subscription prices by $1 or $2 to help pay for programming costs.

How to Share Your Screen During a Live Stream:
    1. Open up OBS Studio (after downloading the program from online) and click on the plus sign all the way down in the lower left-hand corner of the window (under "Scenes").
    2. After clicking on the plus sign, give the scene a name in the "Add Scene" field and then click on the "OK" button.
    3. Now click on the plus sign in the next box to the right, the one under "Sources."This will open up a popup menu.
    4. Click on the "Display Capture" option in the popup menu, which will in turn open a "Create/Select Source" box. If creating a new display, simply click on the "OK" button.
    5. Once the display opens up, click on the "OK" button in the lower right-hand corner.
    6. Now, go back to the "Sources" box in the lower left-hand corner of the window, and right click on the "Display Capture" menu item.
    7. Go down to "Transform" in the popup menu, and select the "Fit to screen" option in the drop-down menu.
    8. Now go to your YouTube channel, click on the create video icon, and select the "Go live" option.
    9. Next, click on the "Stream" option at the top of the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, then fill out whatever information is necessary for the new stream.
    10. After filling in the information, click on the "CREATE STREAM" button down at the bottom.
    11. Find the auto-generated key's "stream key" and copy it.
    12. Now go back to OBS Studio.
    13. Click on the "Options" button from the menu located in the lower right-hand corner of the window.
    14. Then click on "Stream" under the Settings along the left-hand side of the new window.
    15. Select "Use Stream Key" located under the Source field (which should be set to YouTube).
    16. Paste the stream key you copied earlier in the empty field box, and click on the "OK" button way down at the bottom of the screen.
    17. Finally, click on "Start Streaming" from the selections in the lower right-hand corner. You're now ready to go to YouTube to check whether the screen has begun to share.
    18. Once you verify that the screen is sharing, click on the "Go live" button again, over on the right-hand side of the window, and this time your live session should initiate.
    19. Use the "END STREAM" and "END" buttons to shut everything down.

You don't want to display your entire screen. Rather, you only want to show a particular set of MetaTrader4 charts. Consequently, you should select "Display Window" instead, while the particular MT4 platform you want showing is the active window on your desktop.
