Then how come even in California, when it came to going to the polls, gay marriage lost. It lost in freaking California.

 

In 2008, a Presidential election year, gay marriage lost by 5 points IN CALIFORNIA.

 

I say let them have marriage just don't let them have divorce too.

The only thing about gay marriage I've heard that made sense was ( not sure who said it), "Why not let gays marry? They've got every right to be miserable too." lol!
