  1. hopefully this reminds somone not to do this, especially in this period of "caution".......... midday....the little lady asked me to join her and the little ones for a bike ride......sure ILL go.... WHEN I get back to my workstation/ fire up my system....I immediately get this signal that I usually salivate over...so I immediately use all 5000 bullets, hit the bid and get it stuck right in the pooper........

the moral to the story....dont jump right in swinging,,,give yourself a couple seconds/ minutes to settle in.

Amen, brother... been there, done that :)

I now have the rule to wait at least 5 minutes before I start trading after a break - the same way I wait for 15-30 minutes before starting to trade in the morning.

Now it seems the inaction gremlin has me in his grip!
Always some excuse NOT to make a trade!

  4. Yep, good reminder..I did that last Monday, overslept, and in my rush to play catch up just came out swinging..and had my worst day in December so far.

    Stay centered!
