Due Dilligence consulting fees

  1. I was asked by some investors to help do due dilligence on a fund that wants to be seeded to the tune of $300,000 for a demonstration account, with more to come if it works out.

Figuring that it wouldn't take up too much of my time, I took on the job mostly as a favour to the investor, who is a friend.

What do people charge for this kind of thing? It's probably all over the map, but just wanted to hear from other people's experiences.

Essentially I have to due dilligence this guy and then perform an evaluation after the trial period - probably a statistical evaluation after looking through trade executions.
