I am looking for a new dual wan router. The current one i have been using for about 2.5 years is the Xincom 502. However it has been cutting my internet connection off for 1 sec a couple of times a day.

I am currently looking at the Syswan

Does anyone have any suggestions or comments? Thanks.

  2. The Hotbrick LB-2 and Xincom 502...
Are 100% identical and built in the same factory...
Only the exterior paint and labels are different...
    And possibly slightly different firmware.

The Hotbrick is fabulous if you can get it to work...
I've had pretty much 100% uptime for the last 18 months.

    My advice to you...
Is look at the "enterprise" level Multi-WAN routers...
In the $1,000 price range and worth it.

    People will ALWAYS have issues...
    With a cheapo $200 version of a $1,000 product.

  5. I installed two nic cards and it's the most reliable way to go.
