Hello, I'm currently running 2x1gb sticks and 2x512mb sticks of DDR400 on a ASUS A8N-SLI S939 motherboard running Windows XP home So my question is are both sets of ram running in dual channel, what set takes priority ex. channel 1-3 or 2-4 for timings, and any other relevant info you may have. Can't figure out what's going on here. Title is something about twin monitors. Text says something about RAM and a 400mhz bus speed. What's going on or not going on that you're working on?
As was said yesterday,.... "... probably 1-3. If the sticks have different timings and presuming your mobo will allow them to work together at all, the sytem will dumb-down to the slower one." The monitors have nothing to do with your question.
