Been looking at laptops with dual channel DDR to run trading and broker front end at same time without stressing ram. Currently use two desktops for this, but am taking extended vacation so have to do it in one box. Question, the specs I was looking at said dual channel, shared. Isn't this an oxymoron? I was under the assumption that the dual channel would completely split up the tasks. Thanks, Jay
