Just dont try vista with 3 video cards...

i recommend 2 dual link nvidia cards 8600 or better 2x8800 gts...the extra memory may come in handy in the future...running on the pci-e x16 slots, so you'll need a motherboard that has 2 of those slots

  3. this computer had

    XFX 7600gs + 5200fx (PCI)

7600GS has dual DVI with 1 2560x1600 support. One of the 30 was running at 1280x800 (the one on the right)

In 2007, Nvidia stopped bundle all their drivers in one big package, at least for Vista. I could not get my 5200x to work with the the PCI-E card of the day... I was forced to upgrade. I can no longer mix different generations of Nvidias in the same machine and expect them to work, because their drivers comes with separate package, and they uninstall "other drivers"

Currently, I'm running 2x30 on XFX 8600GT Fatal1ty. This is the video card with no fan, therefore, no nose (from the vid card). It has dual DVI with 2560x1600 support on both
