DTTL, INC. now has an agreement with Apollo Advanced Nano-Diamond that says, after approval of the agreement, which includes 10 million shares to Apollo,that Apollo & its shareholders can obtain 5.5 million warrants to purchase DTTL stock at $7.50. However, the stock is only selling at $2.60 today. What is wrong with this picture?:
