i'm pst, XP Pro, i've got Dimension 4 time sync running, installed the MS TZedit but closed D4 which keeps re-setting the clock - 60min to the old dst date - it's next Sun, Nov 1 seems there's a lot of servers that are fued - the nist server ? and while the 6E contract started at 3pm pst it's an hour late on the NT timestamp anyone else ? solution ?
