DRUDGE: Reporting that World Leaders will close World Markets

  1. IMO the bottom that seems to be forming today will lead to a nice little rally that could last days or weeks, and we will probably all remember it as one of the greatest sucker rallies we have ever seen in our life.

As soon as we have an up day the idiots on TV etc will get all optomistic, the money will start coming back in from the public, and then the next push down will totally crush everybody. Except the members of this forum, because we are elite. :)

  2. Some nice consolidation patterns forming today, should get a big move one way or the other this afternoon. I'm hoping for down, but expecting up.

  3. The interesting question is, if Europeans close their markets, would US markets want to stay open and if so what would be the affect?

My read would be if US markets stayed open while European markets shut down. All kinds of foreign investors would be looking to sell US bonds and equities to raise capital that because their assets were frozen in European markets.
