Last night’s debate was rough for fetterman. There is almost no upside for him in that debate because of his injury from the stroke was so apparent. He probably lost some votes but I don’t necessarily think they will switch to Oz either.

Everett Stern (PA's Independent candidate) dropping out of the race yesterday and urging the 3% of people polling for Stern to support Fetterman --- will help out Fetterman more than the number of people who will not vote for Fetterman after the debate IMO.

At this point the minds of most people in PA are made up in regards to Oz versus Fetterman. The only place to pick up votes is via a third party candidate dropping out and endorsing someone or via dwindling pool of undecideds.

It is becoming more important for each candidate (and party) to get their voters to turn out & cast a ballot. Each needs to get their voters' enthusiasm up.

Yeah, I don’t know about that. This race was tightening prior to the debate and it’s probably going to be very tight here on through. Fetterman pretty much dropped an October surprise on himself.

We’ll see about abortion as a driver this cycle. It was definitely a driver in some special elections earlier in the year but the economy and crime are bubbling to the top now. The republicans are doing a good job getting their message out right now.

  6. Heh, cannot make this Shiite up.

Here is an MSNBC 'splainer on how to understand the Fetidman/Oz debate, so tards here are your talking points for the day.

Did y'all see the part in the debate where they asked Fetidman how the hell he can say he has always supported fracking when he clearly is on tape saying he was totally opposed to it? Definitely worth the price of admission.

Anyway, Tards. Here are your talking points. Or entertainment for the rest of us. You are welcome.

Here is the six debate takeaways from CNN.
Summary: Not good for Fetterman -- should have he even debated.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said during the daily briefing that President Joe Biden was fully supportive of Fetterman’s campaign.

“The president has found him to be impressive, incredibly bright and talented person who’s just as capable as always to carry out the duties of his office,” she said, referring to “personal conversations” that Biden experienced with Fetterman.

“That is the case before and the case today,” she added.

OK, I was very impressed with Fetterman too. Who else was impressed?

Even Democrats are saying Fetterman shouldn't have debated.

Prominent Dem reacts to John Fetterman's performance: 'He probably shouldn’t have debated'

    https://www.rawstory.com/john-fetterman-debate/

One of the biggest names in Pennsylvania politics on Wednesday suggested that Democratic Lt. Gov. John Fetterman made a mistake by debating Dr. Mehmet Oz on Tuesday evening.

"Pennsylvania Democrat John Fetterman’s rocky debate performance fueled concern inside his party on Wednesday, as leaders assessed whether it would significantly shift a race that could decide control of the U.S. Senate and the future of Joe Biden’s presidency," the Associated Press reported. "Appearing on stage five months after his stroke, Fetterman, Pennsylvania’s 53-year-old lieutenant governor, struggled to complete sentences, and he jumbled words throughout the hourlong televised event."

For analysis, the AP interviewed Ed Rendell.

Rendell served as Philadelphia district attorney and then mayor. He also served as general chairman of the Democratic National Committee and served two terms as governor of Pennsylvania.

“In retrospect, he probably shouldn’t have debated,” Rendell told the AP.

“But the key is he is recovering from a stroke," he explained. “The only way to recover from this is for John to go out in public as much as possible, to be seen, to be interviewed, and do as much as he can to let people know that he’s ready to take office.”

McClatchy White House correspondent Alex Roarty said, "Rendell remains an undisputed champ of saying out loud things other Democrats wish he wouldn't."

  10. Some truly, truly ridiculous shit here in this video.

Little did we know that Fetidman should actually be viewed in the same light as Winston Churchill and FDR.

Mind you, this MSNBC clown did not just make a passing reference to Churchill and FDR. This is a 12 minute video and he LITERALLY talked non-stop for seven minutes about Churchill and FDR and their health issues as a lead in to talking about Fetidman. Ridiculous.

And yes, Churchill, FDR, and JFK had considerable skills and histories that enabled them to compensate for their health histories and cause people to look at those factors or to look at them while their health issues were being hidden. Fetidman? Not so much. No one can find any significant skills or success stories. He is just an unknown deadbeat and voters are being asked to figure out what he is saying and the part that can be figured out is not pretty.
