    I'm pretty close.

    Figure its a good idea to get one here and one outside the Country. Maybe Costa Rica etc.

    Faber is good but he is too bearish overall. I remember in August 2003 he said to sell emerging markets. Well, the Brazil ETF went up 700% after that call in the next 4 years.

    Faber is now saying stocks are oversold. Whenever strong bears get neutral, let alone mildly bullish, that usually means the market is a buy.

    P.S. if he is worried about civil instability, one wonders why he is living in Thailand which has had numerous coups, the army has recently deposed an elected government, they had street riots against government buildings, they have a terrorist insurgency in the south, there are no civil rights etc. For Faber to say the west is high risk when he owns property as a farang in Chiang Mai is rather amusing :)
