  1. Is it a scam? The website says sign up for free?

  2. IS IT A SCAM?

I dont know if its a scam what is strange is that 2 people with a total of 5 postings between them are talking it up. That is suspicious.

    Just my two cents

To sign up is free and their signals have been very good.
I think they make their money from adverts, the more people that visit their site, the better.
They can charge more money for adverts and whats better way to bring more people to your site then using a free signal service that actually works!! at the moment. imho

  5. Now someone with 5 posts pops up to back them up what are the odds?

I am usually pretty neutral but this smells bad if you want to promote your site fine but this is not the way

  6. maybe he's got a thing for simple trading systems. :)

And as for being light on posts, Bogs, *you can talk*

    :) :) :)

edit for spelling and to point out to bogs that as a free system, all he has to do is watch it for a few days/weeks instead of sitting there casting aspertions. And to buzzer etc, he has a point - if you DO have any connection to dowstomper, now is the time to open up about it.

Although quite frankly, why you are all getting in such a tizz over what is obviously just a simmple newbie system is beyond me.

There. I've said my piece, now I'm off down the bar.

    LOL, now that's a first!

No, i have not got any connections with dowstomper but if you call "connection" keep visiting their site few hundred times a trading day (joke!) to check the signal then guilty as charged!

I actually joined another signal service a couple of months ago (dowtrader), with a fee, that has similar signals and results with dowstomper.

There has been a lot of speculation about these 2 systems on the web which one is better (do a google search) and like most traders i do my own research and if that helps, i express my views on the subject.
I thought thats what these forums are all about!

At the moment for the 3 months of 07 dowstomper is ahead but i don't know if that stays the same for long.

i actually prefer dowtrader, their signal keep you in the market for longer and get the bigger moves.

    i normally post at trade2win

  8. Contrary to what was posted above, clicking on "Current Signal" gives you another page with no signals but more links. You have to click on "Stock Trading Course" to get the list of signals. Before the market opened on 4/3, I checked the list of trades and the 4/2 signal was not there. I remained short and lost a bunch that day. Either my computer is lying or something weird is going on.

  9. Does anyone know why their website "track record" begins on 7/31/06 when they say they have been issuing signals for 3 years on Traders101. According to whois, their website wasn't setup until 10/9/06. Has anyone tracked them long term? I'm about to toss them due to my experience of their signals being reported after the fact.
