Downloading movies off the net

You know until the media talked about this day and night I never even knew you could download movies off the net. So my question is those of you who are downloading movies off the net, which software program are you using and what do you think of the quality of the product? Is it worth it? Also how long does it take to download an average 2 hour movie with a regular cable modem?

Right, we all believed Mav never downloaded porn movies off the net. Sure we did.
