The Elliot Wave Theory can have all sorts of interpretations, it's turning out to be a joke. The chief theorist believes we have one more run up, I think to around SPX 1400. Tradeyourwayout.com changed his stuff. We were suppose to top out at these levels. Now he says we top out at SPX 1600 because the dollar broke critical support. He ignores the impact of oil prices. QE2 is suppose to expire in June and QE3 is not expected to happen. Unless the Republicans completely neutralize Obama & Obamacare, and oil prices are contained, I expect oil to keep a cap on the SPX.
