  1. Not hardly. :)

    The thread is for MY benefit, not yours. No agreement from you or anyone else is required. All info, analysis etc. posted is the way it is for me. Granted, I would recommend that YOU or anyone else should totally disbelieve anybody that posts at ET. No exceptions. But you would be a fool to not believe a poster who posts his trades in realtime and furthermore posts his analysis which thus far only shows losses as opposed to EVERYONE ELSE who do not do so yet consider themselves winners.

  2. Ammo, one other thing that ought to help you clear this "impression of db"

    whatever you've written about my social graces, you are way off the mark. I am actually several times worse than you've described - and in real life to boot.

    To make it clear, I absolutely disdain 99.999% of the idiots that post here. In real life they would not just be ignored, rather they would not even be visible as they would just meld into the crowd aka all the same stripes.

    My ET posts are exclusively for MY benefit. NO altruism or softness is shown any recalcitrant idiots. Of course, if there are a few decent fellows, I'm with them and wish them success always.

    So reiterating, "I really don't give a fck"

    have a nice one amigo :)

    Herds keep bidding this market up. DB (aka The Oracle) says the herd is dumb, because markets will soon sell off. Yet all this time it is the herd that is making money, whilst The Oracle keeps getting stopped out.

    I tell you, I would rather be dumb & right, rather than smart & wrong.

  4. gobar

    gobar

    exactly

    wrong since S&p touched 1000.

    deadbroke told to short @1050
    @1100
    @1150
    @1200

    and when it reached 1220 he said no more shorting and market started going down...

  5. BUT you most certainly ARE dumb and right. That is the definition of an aspect of HERD. All thru' the middle posrtion and tailend of a run, they carry the flow.

    Where they fck up is at the extremes aka the turns = they never never ever see those coming and as a result of their one-dimensional minds give back all and then some of the gains and go back into the dumpster.

    Therein lies the definition of JSSPMK and others here.

    In real life all would get an instant drop kick out the fckin window and then I'd have the garndener run over them with a pickup truck.

    :D :D :D

    Trend following does not mean "give back all and then some of the gains". There is a retail herd that don't know how to manage a position & there is a pro herd that follow a trail of a trend & do know what they are doing. Just look at gold & who is riding that trend, they must be all dumber than you.

    You are one ignorant SOB hiding behind your monitor, a true net warrior. Your Dad would be real proud of your achievements.

  7. Its good to see you riled and all bothered. This is how most american women react to me after I walk away - obviously the getaway is not clean, the way I like it. The hold it in for a while and then when they cannot any longer they just drop a load of shit onto my plate. :) :)

    Read back in the thread to your own words (in 2 other threads too)

    "I don't take anything anyone says on the internet seriously"

    :D :D

  8. Necessary digress from the thread title for the zunts who are effluviuming and demanding attention .... :)

    social graces and manners within the HERD and what is pol. correct bla bla bla ......

    ------------------

    a few days ago I was at a party given by a good female friend. She knows me well, so does her husband.

    Anyway, it got to a heated discussion about women versus men in the social arena and as usual the women at the party were walking all over the hubbies (american guys aka cockless, emasculated males) who had already resigned and abdicated a long time ago ... quite obvious by the body language .....

    a single bitch (35+) joins in and tells this story of what happened a couple of days back ... she ran into car trouble and a nice, decent enough looking and dressed fella (38-45) offered her his help and said he could get the car running. There was no charge but he asked her out on a lunch date. She could have handled this a number of ways but she chose to insult him by saying, "not in a million years" ... then voiced a high pitched, "thanks" and drove off.

    She then goes on to say how the fella just stood there dazed as she sped off.

    She was laughing as she reveled in his shame and hurt.

    I don't tolerate this sort of shit from bitches ....

    so I said, "god was he a lucky guy" ...

    why, she asked?

    because he could do much, much better than you, said I.

    You wish, said she.

    No I don't, said I. I don't do dinosaurs.

    My best friend (the female host) and every single one of the men in the room just couldn't stop laughing. There was steam coming coming out their ears. They hadn't had a release in centuries.

    The insulted bitch stormed out and apparently has been cussing me out to the other party members since.

    That's the way I like it! :D :D

    It would be nice if you could just keep to analysis/calls & skip the numerous insults or your thread will end up in Chit Chat like all others did. You started insulting posters, your insults escalated soon after your call went sore. If you can't handle a debate, then why start a thread on a public forum?

    You say "lions" see tops/bottoms & the herd never does. You are forgetting that some on ET are not the stereotypical type 'retail herd'. There are 2 'herds' - retail & pro. You can brand people all you like, it won't change your P&L sheet. So I have 2 questions for you:

    1) What makes you think that you are a "lion"? Do you shmooze around Mr Blankfein & Co?

    2) How did you establish that the retail herd is overly bullish at present? Which data source, etc?
