  1. one of the greatest calls of ALL time.

what did the dow make a high at today, about 9003?!!

    That's ultimate precision.

Hope you made out well with this great call, I don't know how many more I got in me.

These guys see things coming long before us and they take care of themselves. They have friends they have made real money for who watch out for them. Battapaglia doesn't have much credibility on the street. I can't tell you how many times I've heard him referred to as a "perma bull".. What's the saying, even a broken clock is right twice a day???

  6. Getting short at a ROUND number like 9000 is a strategy that is just too simple ...

How's Elaine Garzarelli been doing since she called the '87 crash? One hit wonders don't only appear as 80's hair bands.

I predict JJ has blown his wad on good calls already.

  8. I hope the web site was free.

    It was.

...he had a now-bankrupt website for beginners...

He said the webhost went bankrupt. His site was simply a bunch of good info posted for beginners; not a business of any sort, nothing there to go bankrupt.

I suspect that many more beginners got a lot more from that site than they do from following the ego antics around here.

  10. and since this is relevant to this thread, could you tell us your sentiment? are you bearish, neatral, or bullish?

I'll tell you that I think today was a top, at dow 9000, and the new short term trend will be down, but I'm not calling for crashes right now.

    JJ

where's my buddies klutz and dotslashfuture's sentiments?

I don't think we'll make S&P 1077 dotslash, actually I see a top from today. Do you have alonger term time frame for S&P 1077?
