Cramer- Rational?...lol yeah right Basically said too much bearishness out there, some Volume Oscillator I never heard of is way too oversold(so his "friend" tells him), and other than those... "..it's just the time to back up the truck on quality stocks right now.."
The last time Cramer called a bottom was at NAZ 2,500. We all know what happened after that brilliant call.
