This is clearly all Obama's fault. During his Presidency, a record number of permits were issued to drill oil. Then the final straw was the Iran deal allowing them to bring on major supply at the perfectly wrong time.

It's not even now. That chart is off by almost 600 points! And it shows how far this charade has yet to go.
