Double Print

  1. What does "Double Print" that mean in the context of Market Profile or Order Flow?

Does mean that the price of ES (or any instrument) visits the zone twice?

What is the special significance of "double pring".

Thanks in advance for your explanation.

yes, you are right....usually the market doesn't like to leave doubles by the end of the trading day....

let me know if you like to learn more about market profile...

  4. that's what the specialist use to do when 2 institutions wanted to do the same direction. You'd see 2000 shares at .50 immediately followed by another 2000 shares at .50 for example

  5. In the context of Market Profile I feel a double print means that two TPO periods have visited that price area and the market has accepted value there.
