If you have problems with the law then take it up with the NC. State legislature — while you are at it you will need to take up the law with the state legislatures in the majority of states.
No, no, no, that is NOT how you teach them, with all the touchy-feely goodness and Sesame Street you are a winner if a loser trophy. You don't fucking hold hands and say "Yes, you did good if you had a security blanket of a big sister". You show them the harsh reality, like they did when I was a kid. FUCK THESE SNOWFLAKES! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CROSS THE ROAD WITHOUT LOOKING, YOU MORON!
Nobody is arguing against that. The point is this is no longer a threat but they are still firing AR 15s
There will be no arguing this with you, because you do not have an open mind. He was driving his vehicle at a police car which had an officer in it. Take that for what you will.
Its not legislatures. Its DAs making the decision to have to prosecute the cops they work with as partners on a daily basis.A jury should make the decision if he was still a threat and when The DOJ finishes their investigation a jury probably will decide.
That car was a half block to a block away. The AR 15 rounds the cops was recklessly firing in that direction was a much bigger threat to that car.Lets see what the DOJ who doesn't work with those cops daily have to say.
If the reason they were shooting was because of the car a block away they could have shot out the 2 back tires and in all that grass he wouldn't have made it to the street.Would have also been safer for the unmarked car and the community than recklessly unloading AR 15 and hand gun rounds towards houses and cars.
