I understand the point you are trying to make, I really do. But in the heat of the moment, at that time, adrenaline is flowing, and all the other intangibles in the minds of the officers...Plus all the little details we do not know... Shit man, we cannot armchair quarterback a situation like this. It is natural for us to try to, because we wish to believe our own beliefs on how the "ending should have been." It is a bad habit we all have. I am guilty of it, like we all are. At this point I can go only by what I know of the law, and I do not know NC law on this issue...I know FL law on this well, but not NC. So no more about the legality on this from me.
Oh come on! If you are stabbing someone on the street and an officer tells you to stop and you do not comply, you cannot be shot by the officer? Now you are really far gone. Fucking sabotage man.
Exactly! The same thing! If you are told to stop moving your vehicle, which is a really large dangerous weapon,.... Never mind, I will just leave it at that. I'm looking at my longs failing. I feel sad. Story of my life to go long at ATH and suffer months-long drawdowns. Buggers!
As I said, I am losing my capacity for rational thought because I am getting quite weary. Nite Tony, we can pick it up another time. Have fun storming the other peeps you do not like!
Leave it to you to turn it around and obfuscate the point.------This ain't got nothing to do with the Supreme Court. ---The fact remains that you will not be shot by police if you comply with police.
