The police are typically allowed to detain someone after they've committed a crime. You're technically detained during a traffic stop until after the police officer tells you you're allowed to leave. So I assume the police were well within their rights to detain him since he was walking down the middle of the street.

The police officer started her interaction by asking him if he was okay and if he needed a ride home. A common sense response could've prevented this entire ordeal. A lot of problems could be solved with a little bit more common sense, both by civilians and police officers.

  3. Ah ok, so you have sat on the couch and got outraged, not witnessed it first hand. 300 or so incidences in a country of hundreds of millions. That's your "always", "all"... A tiny percentage abused their privileges. The vast majority behaves absolutely professionally and within their rights. That calls for improvements but not an entire restructuring of the police force.

  7. In the end, that guy walked in the middle of the street behaving suspiciously. In any case, the police had a right to ask questions. The later arrest was not made because they could not stop the guy.

  8. Of course, you won't comment on how that black cop fuck conducted himself, throwing the papers through the window and later on refusing to hand the remaining documents through the window. Only see "crimes against humanity" committed against blacks, huh? The white redneck was an asshole, too. Made a drama about the window of his 1200 dollar shit car but rolled it all the way down in the end. This is the perfect example of how this country paralyzes itself with stupid fucks on both sides.

Black cops are worst than white cops imo. They know how police terrorize their people and they participate, coverup, and go along with it.

The police had a right to ask questions, the kid had a right not to answer. The kid was in fact arrested and thats why the tax payers will be paying him a nice cash settlement on behalf of the racist police and racist neighbors.
