  3. The Post Office largely just distributes junk mail. Try to get that out of your life and see where you go: to a private sector thingy that charges you for the privilege of trying to cut back on the waste of good trees... not sure if it's effective or not...

    You don' really understand anything about the U.S. Postal Service, do you? Why it is structured as it is. In what ways Congress interferes with its operation, etc. What constraints it is forced to operate under.
