  1. Didn't make the opening today....my "red eye" flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta was delayed for 4 hours....so I got here at about 6AM.....had to get a little sleep.

Hope to see some of you over the next 3 days here in Atlanta for the technology demonstrations....Check the website....

  3. Thank you. I don't have access to opening indications though IB or eSignal, unfortunately.

  4. Yes, $25 cap on all listed orders (plus sec fees where they apply, we have no control over those costs)....

  5. Slow opening, only BMY made 14 cents ($280).....Back to it tomorrow. Got set up in the Atlanta office, trying to "max out" the whole system by bringing in about 20 traders, filling all the stations.....everything seems to be working fine (whew, really)....

  7. You might want to contact Rob Friesen at www.pairtrader.com (one of our managers and also a software developer), he may be able to save you a whole lot of time and money. Feel free to call me in the office with questions as well.

don, this is a basic question, but you have said that it is paramount to this strategy. (exiting). are there any quality books about tape reading. how can one not experienced in this skill gain strength in it. i appreciate your response.

  10. I looked for books when starting out too...couldn't find one--most likely for the following reason: this skill is caught, not taught. it took me about 8 months full time nyse trading before the lights went on. at that point, trading becomes automatic. most tape readers can't explain it, although I did take a weekend tapereading seminar at the prop firm I was with which was of some help as well.
