    ok, this clears things up for me - i have always thought that licensing is typically required when you either handle the firm's capital or provide investment advice - it makes sense with the high leverage you provide to your traders.

  4. Cancelled a few regulars on news & added a few extra stocks for QE mostly from Dow 30 & still no fills.

  7. Yeah, I checked after it opened for a story...saw it...traded a bit (covered at .30 sold back at .45...bought back at .32 ended up about even (but I don't count that as an opening of course).

    Stupid news items, LOL.
