  4. Rough Thursday...got stuck in WMT (yeah, I know, the news was pretty bad)....I took a $1,000 loss on the open, and then added to it, traded some, still in...good things the pairs are working this week, LOL.

(And, yes, I do report my losers as well as winners)....:)

  5. to goofy to trade the open...

    retail sales...pfe...gm downgrade...

    did nothing...

    would have worked great though.....

system says profit at 9:00 would have been about 988.00 on 11 fills...

    7 short 4 long...

    -.9 / +1.1 %

  6. Don,

Does the fact that you are a hypocrite bother you? You trade at a rate that no other trader can trade at, yet you are marginally profitable, and you teach others how to lose money because the cost structure for new traders at Bright is much to high to give them a reasonable expectation of making money. How do you sleep at night?

  7. hi Don,
i'm fairly new to this forum.

what's your angle on WMT ? if you don't mind speaking freely about it

oils prices cutting into the bottomline ?
    rates edging higher?
    cost of carry?

  9. My guess.....it was simply a loser that has gone against him so he has decided to become an investor:)......we all do that from time to time.

    Good trading to all!

  10. buchanan isn't pulling any punches...but what do analysts know anyway...how to sell the public?

the numbers look healthy to me...few companies such as walmart...hard to discount the model b/c of the reasons this analyst mentioned looking beyond a few Q's...

anyway i'm sure don was smart enough to hit the offers when it based and faded back...the volume is tricky here...i don't like jumping off cliffs...
