I invested around $45 because that was all I had at that moment. Plus I was skeptical about the buy but it was worth a try, I guess.
You might be lucky, you never know. Do you have a tracker of sorts which calculates your value in real-time or do you have to do the calculation yourself by hand?
I really hope the same . I don’t have a tracker that calculates for me. Plus, could you please share some information about the family you were talking about if it is convenient to you?. I’m sure there must be something on the internet about them.
I couldn't find the story on the net, but it went something like this.... Some guy told a friend about Shiba and so the friend bought some. It went up. He bought some more. It went up more. He told his mom and the rest of his family, so they bought some. Went up more, so they "scraped together all they could and piled in".. about $8K in total. Before long it was worth $7.8Million and they were all happy, paying off bills, buying cars, etc. Nice story, don't you think? Caveat... lots of coins out there and many of them have died. Suggest not investing more than you can afford to lose. I'm a no-coiner myself. I was once solicited to buy Ethereum at $.01. Made a high @ $.26 on the day it hit the exchange but it looks to have died @ $.004.... but that's probably acutally ZERO... as there has been no trading in it for at least a few months.
Yes I know many coins have died. This is the very reason I did not put a huge amount into it and I do not intend to put money in the Crypto market any further. The family was indeed very lucky.
