  3. Trump lost it during debate prep after being triggered about Jared and Ivanka:

Chris Christie intentionally probed President Donald Trump in debate prep because he knew that then-Vice President Joe Biden would likely do the same, according to a new book.

In one instance, described in Jonathan Karl's new book Betrayal, Trump was so triggered that he refused to even discuss how to respond. At issue was how his children were profiting despite working as public servants.

"You have real nerve talking about relatives taking advantage of political power," Christie said while playing the role of Biden, according to the book. "You've invited your daughter and son-in-law into the White House and they made $36 million last year while they were doing the people's business. Your family traded the influence they have in the White House to make tens of millions of dollars."

Even though Christie was merely anticipating how Biden would respond, Trump was livid.

"All Trump heard was Christie attacking his family right there in front of his top advisors," Karl explained.

"That's absolutely untrue!" he shouted at Christie. "We've lost money here. My children are losing money being here. Jared has sacrificed more than anyone being away from his business. He hasn't made any kind of money."

"No, no, Mr. President," Christie continued as Biden. "They filed disclosure statements that say they made at least $36 million last year. Are you saying they lied? They lied about how much money they made?"

Trump claimed they could have made more money, suggesting that $36 million was peanuts. Christie continued his pressure on Trump saying that they made the money working "for you full time." It was only making him angrier.

"I'm not going to sit here and put up with this sh*t," Karl quoted Trump saying while glaring at Christie.

The former New Jersey governor tried to explain that he's not against talking about Hunter Biden, but that if Trump goes that route, he has to prepare for Biden to hit back hard about Trump's children actually working in the White House and using the presidency to build their own names and business prospects. Christie said he had to get Trump ready for that.

"Trump was done with it all," Karl described. "This was exactly why he hated preparing for debates."

"I don't want to hear anymore," he said. "I know what they're going to say. Enough. Let's move on."

  5. lol.........that's why Trump loves his base , besides showering him with tons of cash , he can say anything and still be King.

Trump bungles attempt to slam Biden over supply chain -- and says 'every shelf was bare' on his watch

Former President Donald Trump appeared on Sean Hannity's show on Tuesday -- and he promptly bungled an attempt to attack President Joe Biden over supply-chain problems.

While talking with Hannity, Trump touted his own efforts at "supplying our country" during his presidency, despite the fact that there were shortages of toilet paper and other essential goods in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

"We did a fantastic job of supplying our country," Trump claimed. "Every shelf was bare! Every cupboard, I call them cupboards, were bare!"

As well, let's not forget he destroyed perfectly good supply chains with his tariffs and trade wars ( e.g. see lumber prices on his watch ) and ran up the federal deficit well before Covid. Truly a disaster of a President.
