Quit with the squandering, the outcome thus far has been better than expected. Maybe you wish he handled it like H1N1 was handled? Yes, it's the guy I voted for and will again. He will crush it in November.
The expectation was based on the month of February having been squandered. Had it been used more productively, the expectation would have called for fewer deaths. Willful ignorance.
