Yes, burning down things and looting seems to happen during night hours. I guess that way they can hide their identity better. So CNN did air it. I guess that is good then.
I saw a video of BLM in Chicago. In the video taken by a friend...I saw veterans, retired police, current sheriff off-duty, doctors off duty, nurses off duty...all protesting... Peacefully protesting during the day. Yet, the night time...bad characters come out under the cover of night. That Sheriff that protested during the day while off duty... He was active at night (on duty) arresting looters. Oddly, didn't hear about nor see any professional athletes out protesting. Understandable, they probably have a special clause in their contracts that prohibit stuff like that nor would they risk their career via an injury (could happen when confronting the police). Thus, maybe boycotting games is their only way to protest and get the attention of their super rich owners and the attention of their fans. wrbtrader
Oh shut up you numbskull. You couldn't have a normal conversation even if you life depended on it and you know it. Just like Biden couldn't debate Trump without looking like an idiot. That is why Nancy will not let him debate. She controls him like a little boy. So go away. Big boys are talking here. LOL
Pro athletes get paid millions for bouncing a ball. I certainly wont miss pro sports. Todays pro athletes are horrible role models.
Yes, this BLM thing has a lot of people protesting, ect. It's a bummer that the cops and the criminals can not get along. This is not good for anyone. Who knows how it will turn out in the long run? Or this will go on forever and get worse? Peaceful protests are okay but the rioting and looting is not. On ET here, I take the side of the cops even though I have had my idiotic times with the Police myself and do not necessarily like them very much. I actually do not like seeing a cop driving around or on the street. I don't think anyone does. You never know what you are going to get with a cop. My uncle was a life long state patrolman recently retired so I am biased in that direction.
The buffoonery is epic. They boycotted playoff games and were going to cancel the remainder of the season because of WRONG INFORMATION. When they realized that the guy in Minneapolis was a murderer who killed himself they knew that they had to reverse themselves despite already looking incredibly stupid. I've never seen LeBron play basketball and I probably never will. I gave up American team sports when the players would not stand for the National Anthem. Now I watch Formula 1. I also watch 15 days of Sumo every 3 months when there is a basho. I like watching those guys in Europe who race motorcycles on ice with spiked wheels. I'm starting to pay attention to soccer too. I like to nap on the couch in front of golf but not necessarily watch. There are so many choices these days making it unnecessary to bring a lot of anti-American thugs into my living room. Its liberating actually.
You want to debate the evils of civil asset forfeiture without convictions, for-profit private prison system, there’s lots of areas that need fixed, but the average every day cop on the street has a horrible job, most deal with criminals or the victims of their crimes all day everyday. It takes a toll. Now their job is made impossible. Have a little empathy, make any interaction as stress-less as possible, say thank-you.
